SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Shipping charges for orders shipped within the U.S. are calculated during the checkout process.
- Shipping rates are for the Continental United States only.
- Special orders or backordered items may take between 2-4 weeks. This will be communicated within 2 business days of your order date.
- Orders usually ship out in 3-5 business days.
- Once a stocked item has shipped, you can not cancel or change your order.
DAMAGED DELIVERIES
If your shipment arrives damaged, please take photos of:
1. The box - inside and out, including shipping label and tracking
2. The packing material
3. The damaged product

DELIVERY SURCHARGE
